Really cool Jared – those definitely look like oyster mushrooms! They grow in the wild all around the world and they’re one of the most widely cultivated mushrooms too. I breaded and fried some the other day too and they were very good.

Here in Thailand people usually grow this kind of mushroom in bottles.. or at least they look like em.. Pretty tasty mushroom I like them fried by the way…
